This Privacy Policy explains, at a general level, how information may be handled when you use FreezePilot. It should be reviewed and completed with the final business identity, contact details, hosting, analytics, payment and email-service information before commercial launch.
FreezePilot may process account information such as your email address, information needed to manage product access, and data you create while using the service, including meal plans and related workflow information. Technical information may also be processed as necessary to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
Information is used to provide and maintain FreezePilot, authenticate users, manage access, generate requested product outputs such as Prep Kits, provide support, protect the service and meet applicable legal obligations.
FreezePilot relies on third-party technology providers to operate parts of the service. The final version of this policy will identify the providers relevant to hosting, authentication, data storage, PDF generation, payments, transactional email, analytics and other production services as applicable.
Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion or other controls provided by applicable law. The final production policy will provide the appropriate contact method for privacy requests.
