These Terms and Conditions are a pre-launch working draft describing the intended rules for use of FreezePilot. They must be completed with the final seller identity, commercial terms, refund policy and governing-law information before paid public launch.
FreezePilot is a digital meal-prep planning and execution product. It provides tools and information for organizing recipes, meal plans, shopping, preparation and downloadable Prep Kits. FreezePilot does not deliver food or ingredients.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure. Access is personal unless the final commercial offer expressly states otherwise. You must not attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
FreezePilot provides structured cooking and food-safety guidance to support meal preparation. You remain responsible for ingredient quality, allergies and dietary requirements, hygienic handling, storage conditions, appliance operation and verifying that food is safely prepared and cooked. Follow applicable public-health guidance and appliance manufacturer instructions.
FreezePilot, its software, product structure, written materials, recipe content, Prep Kits, Playbook and associated branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product access does not transfer ownership of these materials or grant permission to redistribute, resell or publish them except where expressly permitted.
The service may be updated, maintained or changed over time. Temporary interruptions may occur. Material commercial commitments concerning lifetime access, future updates or included services should be defined by the final sales offer and incorporated into the production version of these terms.
Any limitations of liability, warranties, consumer rights, refund provisions, dispute procedures and governing law must reflect the final seller location and markets in which FreezePilot is offered. Mandatory consumer rights cannot be excluded where applicable.
